After Sales Service
Your ZAG skis are covered by a 2-year (skis until 21-22) or 3-year warranty (from 22-23 collection except ADRET line and under condition you've registered online) against defects material and manufacturing defects. We can examine your skis so determine whether the guarantee can be put into play or not. If you have any problem with the form below you can directly send us an email to sav@zagskis.com
We will not follow up on your demand in the following cases :
- Missing invoice from less than 2 years (skis until 21-22) or 3-year (from 22-23 collection except ADRET line and under condition you've registered online) from an official ZAG seller.
- Missing online registration within our Extented Warranty Program (applicable only on SLAP, HARFANG and UBAC lines) in order to enjoy 1 additional year of coverage.
- Cosmetic cases or other damage (scratches and chipped parts on the decorative layer, fading graphics, rusty edges, etc.)
- Damage caused by improper storage
- Damage caused by improper use or extreme loads
- Damage caused by stones, rocks, trees, stumps, roads, ski lift devices
- Repeated binding assembly (warranty expires with multiple remounting holes)
- Any modification of the product
- Damage caused by third parties (for example, a vehicle drives over the ski at the parking lot)
